ROSEBURG, Ore. — A Roseburg man is in jail, accused of sexually abusing an 8-year-old girl. The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28-year-old Jesse Ray Dubois on charges of first degree sexual abuse Tuesday night. Detectives say a woman from the Roseburg area reported the abuse Tuesday night after her daughter told her what happened.
